I don't nature journal, although I've been known to dabble in art - with mixed results! I do enjoy it, though. I absolutely love your idea of keeping a nature journal over a period of years - perhaps I'd improve with that kind of daily practice?

Thanks so much Mark! It sure did feel long! lol I can't imagine how hard it was for those who waited two weeks. Especially people in rural areas like us. Our bathrooms are dependent on an electric pump to operate the facilities. I gained a greater appreciation for how "easy" our lives are on a daily basis due to electricity etc. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Five days of power outage is pretty bad but others in the region have had it worse. Glad you have power!
